We always need LOTS of volunteers. This ALL-CAMPUS event is a fun way to serve together and a wonderful opportunity to meet others in the Village family. What started as a mission trips fundraiser back in 2010 has grown into a HUGE annual event that our community looks forward to each year.

Did you know that last year we had over 4,000 people walk through our church doors? Let's plan to organize an amazing garage sale and show our visitors the love of Christ as they enter our building for some great deals for their families.

But it takes a Village!  

CLOTHES HANGING PARTIES

November - May  We sort and hang most of the clothes in the six months leading up to the Missions Garage Sale. This is done at a home in Yorkville - in both the mornings and evenings. This time of serving together can be a lot of fun as we interact with each other.  We would love to have you join us!  If you're interested, click on the "Email Event Coordinator" above to find out the times and location.

VOLUNTEER for the Week of the Sale May 17-23

Sunday, May 17, 12 pm - 8 pm
Prep: Unload trucks, set up tables, sort donations, and hang clothes.

Monday - Thursday, May 18 - 21, 9 am - 8 pm
Prep: Sort donations, organize tables, hang clothes, and clean up. 
Come and go as you wish.

Friday, May 22, 7 am - 12 pm
Parking Team

Friday, May 22, 8 am - 8 pm
Sale: Greeter, shopper assistance, hold table, organize tables, cashier, carry out. 4-hour shifts.

Saturday, May 23, 8 am - 9 pm
Sale: Greeter, shopper assistance, hold table, organize tables, cashier, carry out. 4-hour shifts.

Saturday, May 23, 6 - 9 pm
Tear down and clean up.
