Men's Huddles
What is a Huddle?
A Huddle is a small group of men who walk together as disciples of Jesus Christ. It’s more than a book study—it’s a brotherhood where men open God’s Word, apply it to real life, and encourage one another to live faithfully at home, in the church, and in the community.
Huddles are part of our bigger mission to Discover, Develop, and Deploy men for God’s kingdom:
- Discover – helping men get connected, welcomed, and moving forward in their faith.
- Develop – sharpening their character, gifts, and leadership through discipleship and accountability.
- Deploy – sending men out as disciple-makers and servant leaders, living for God’s glory wherever He places them.
Why Huddles?
We believe men grow best in the context of brotherhood. Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Huddles provide:
- Brotherhood – authentic friendships where men are known, supported, and challenged.
- Accountability – a safe place to confess struggles, reject passivity, and pursue holiness together.
- Practical Wisdom – Scripture applied directly to the issues men face—marriage, fatherhood, work, purity, anger, and cultural pressures.
- Discipleship – men are not just learning information, but being formed into Christlike leaders who can one day disciple others (2 Timothy 2:2).
How Do They Work?
- Groups meet regularly (weekly or bi-weekly).
- Each Huddle studies a book or resource rooted in Scripture that speaks into the unique challenges men face today.
- Conversations go beyond surface talk—men dig into real life, ask hard questions, and pray for one another.
- The goal is transformation, not just information: men becoming biblically measured, morally pure, family-centered, evangelistically bold, culturally engaged, passionately committed, and prayerfully dependent.
