Have you ever wanted to learn how to make pasta? Join us Saturday, April 11 at 1 pm at Eight Acres & Bakers at 341 Chicago Road in Paw Paw, IL. Lisa Karlsson, owner and head pasta maker, will instruct us in making tortellini. Dough and filling are provided. After making the pasta, a meal of tortellini with sauce, crusty asiago garlic bread, salad, and dessert will be enjoyed. Extra tortellini will be packaged to take home. Cost of the class is $20. Minimum of 4 people needed to sign up. Class size is limited to 16.
