Special Notes

  • The Visual Communication Worksheet should be submitted 2-4 WEEKS prior to the requested advertising start date. 

If your requested advertising start date is in less than 2 weeks, it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate your request. However, you may still submit your event promotion request, and we will make the graphics when/if we are able.


  • You will need to receive approval from both the Campus Pastor AND the Campus Admin (Building Usage Coordinator) BEFORE the promotional materials will be made.

AFTER YOUR EVENT

Please upload the pictures of your event to our Events File in Dropbox.
The images will be used for future promotional materials, event recap posts, and general Village promo.
