Special Notes

  • The Visual Communication Worksheet should be submitted 3 weeks prior to the requested advertising start date. 

If the request is submitted after the 3-week deadline, you will need to email Colleen Wayda to find out if the promotional materials can be made sooner.


  • You will need to receive approval from both the Campus Pastor AND the Campus Admin (Building Usage Coordinator) before the promotional materials will be made.

AFTER YOUR EVENT

Please upload the pictures of your event to our Events File in Dropbox.
The images will be used for future promotional materials, event recap posts, and general Village promo.
